A self-proclaimed Jill-of-all Trades, owner/operator, Tiffany Muzante is a seasoned video journalist with over 15 years in the field. With a bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Journalism and a minor in B&W photography from FAU, Tiffany was immediately hired upon graduation to work at the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, where she created web video franchises and field produced, generating content for their website and their affiliated TV partners such as NPR, WPLG News Channel 5, The CW and NBC 6. After starting RMP in 2009, Tiffany’s clientele base took off and she frequently works with brands such as Salesforce, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, The Adrienne Arsht Center, Miami City Ballet, Colonial Pipeline and Cirque Dreams. Her specialties include live event coverage, commercial production, digital editing, script and copy writing services, concept creation and managing all elements of a well crafted production. Storytelling is an art – let me help you paint a masterpiece through stunning visuals, significant use of audio and cutting edge motion graphics that help your message come to life. Career highlights include countless red carpet, star studded events – most recently with Johnny Depp and Morgan Freeman, filming an awards ceremony with Michelle Obama inside The White House to honor Ailey Camp Miami and filming aerial footage from the seat of a helicopter (pre-drone days baby!) for the Guinness Book of World Records largest guitar smash at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. A few notable awards she has been recognized with: 2008 Green Eyeshade Awards 1st place for online consumer reporting and the 2017 Summit Creative Award in collaboration with Ailey Camp Miami. When I’m not creating video, I enjoy time with my husband and two sons, helping others become the healthiest versions of themselves through nutritional/lifestyle counseling, gardening, 4wheeling, yoga, fishing and overall adventuring.

With over 12 years experience as a creative content producer, Matt has been lucky to work with some of the world’s largest brands and at the world’s largest events. 10 Super Bowls, 9 Pro Bowls, and 4 Kentucky Derby’s to name a few. After working for the Miami Dolphins for 10 years as the Manager of Video Content, Matt continues to work with brands like New Balance, EA Sports, Anheuser-Busch, Van Wagner Sports Entertainment, Baltimore Ravens, Truly, Dogfish Head, NY Jets, Miami Marlins, NFL, NFL Films, FC Bayern, The Naval Academy and the San Diego Padres. Matt has been recognized for several awards over the years, such as: IDEA Best in the NFL, 8 Time Emmy Award Winner, Gold and Silver National Promax Award Winner, and the Clio Sports Awards Shortlist 2017. Cinematographer, Editor, Motion Graphics Artist and Director.

“Like father, like son” they always say, yet nowhere has this cliché been more true than when you apply it to the love of filmmaking shared between Egon and his father. Egon began his professional career at an early age, eventually running the camera rental department for his father at the ripe young age of sixteen!After a six-year stint as the camera rental manager of CineVideoTech, he pursued his love for film in the field, running up an impressive list of credits. He worked his way up from technician to second assistant, second to first, first to operator, operator to second unit Director of Photography, second unit DP to Director of Photography on his first feature film, “Jungle Juice”, starring Christopher Walken, Morgan Fairchild, Robert Wagner and Rutger Hauer. Shortly after this achievement, Egon’s father fell ill and his duty to continue the legacy his father had begun took precedence over his own successful career. He took over the helm at CineVideoTech in 2002 and has since been busy recreating the company that has launched so many successful careers into a vision of what is to come. Egon Stephan Jr is an accomplished master of film equipment, camera techniques, and lighting, disciplined and exacting, and always on the cutting edge. Egon grew up in this business, his credits include over 40 Feature Films and TV Shows, 60 Music Videos, and over 300 Television Commercials, and the list of filmmakers he has worked ranges from Ridley & Tony Scott, Michael Mann, Michael Bay to Spike Lee, just to name a few. Growing up in the film business, Egon started working on the sets of legendary television shows like Miami Vice . He has worked as an assistant cameraman and camera operator on many Hollywood first run films such as Empire, Police Academy, Heavenly Kid, and Parenthood. He has been a filmmaker his entire life. Egon is also the President and CEO of CineVideoTech, Inc., a motion picture equipment rental house that has supplied most every major film production in South Florida and the Caribbean since 1968. Egon has a passion for educating the filmmakers and passing on the vast knowledge he has acquired over the years.

Ryan Himmel is a five-time Emmy Award winning Videographer, highly skilled in pre-and post-production. His unique ability to tell a story and create meaningful digital content, earned him Webby, Telly and I.D.E.A. Awards throughout his career. A graduate of the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute, Himmel earned a degree in Video Production. He spent the first six years of his career as a Videographer and Video Editor with the NFL’s Miami Dolphins franchise, before accepting a position with the City of Coral Springs, where he serves as the Manager overseeing Video Production and the UAS Drone Program. Himmel’s unique public and private sector experience, offer a fresh perspective to cinematography and set him apart from others in his field.

Gregory Dillard spends his days experimenting with angles, aspects and attitudes – specializing in all aspects of film and cinematography. He is skilled in Steadicam, RONIN, and Drone operation, motion graphics, editing and directing. Gregory has produced videos on a national and international level ranging from Coca Cola, BEYONCE, Reality TV Shows, Music Videos, PWC, Government, public and private sector to name a few. Lyrical, high-speed slo- mo or multi-cam action, Greg is the maestro that orchestrates the elements that make up his masterful work. Over the span of his 19-year career, Gregory has received awards and accolades, including GOLD & SILVER ADDY Awards, 2013 Small Business of the Year Award from the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, and a 2015 Ascension Awards Honoree for the Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County and 2011 Blue Dove Award Honoree.

Derrick Doty is an experienced photographer with over 30 years in the field and studio settings. He began his love with moving images 15 years ago when he started apprenticing as a cinematographer for some of South Beach’s hottest fashion and commercial directors and agencies. Derrick helped to produce and direct a feature film in Romania back in 2016. He specializes in RED cinema equipment, aerial photography, still photography and editing. When Derrick isn’t found on a beach, shooting beautiful models for the fashion and entertainment industry, he can be found playing the stocks as a day trader.

Kathleen Briceno has worked in the film industry for about 6 years in the grip and electric department, working in different types of productions like movies, tv shows, short films, music videos, documentaries, commercials, on-set locations and in studios. She is currently studying film, digital cameras and lenses. She is working her way up in the industry as she is very creative and likes to share her art with the world. Kat is also a Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Reiki Practitioner and Certified Essential Oil (nature medicine) educator and is also the founder of Katkat Soaps which is a small company of handcrafted natural soaps that she crafts in her kitchen.
